About the role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will have a broad role with varying responsibilities. You will be an important support for the Technical Manager, overseeing various projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading and driving internal projects focusing on production, product testing, quality, and sustainability
• Planning, organizing, and analyzing product and production tests.
• Developing and improving internal processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will also take on greater responsibility for environmental and sustainability issues within FAAC. Since the role is new, other responsibilities may also arise, so we are looking for someone who thrives in this broad role where you can drive various projects alongside other engineers and technicians.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education with a technical focus or equivalent experience.
• Has experience leading projects and working operationally within manufacturing, preferably with a focus on final assembly/electrical/automation
• Has knowledge of LEAN

As a person, you are:

• Structured and analytical with the ability to translate theory into practice.
• Communicates clearly and can collaborate with various functions within the organization.
• Solution-oriented and flexible regarding different responsibilities
• Engaged and curious about new technical solutions
