You are warmly welcome to Pilagårdsskolan, located in Östra Ljungby outside Klippan in a scenic building with good transport links. The school is an F-6 unit with approximately 250 students and an after-school program divided into two departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the after-school program's work team and collaborate with the school's educators in F-6. Together with the rest of the team, you will plan, implement, develop, and evaluate the work in accordance with current governing documents. At Pilagårdsskolan, everyone actively works to create a safe, inspiring, and developing learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a primary school teacher degree focusing on work in the after-school program/after-school educator.

You have a positive view of the small & big in your surroundings, enjoy collaborating with others, and care about maintaining good contact with students, colleagues, and guardians. You demonstrate this by listening, communicating, and resolving any conflicts constructively.

As a person, you are secure and stable, and you can work independently when needed. You are clear in your leadership, create engagement, participation, and attend to each child's needs. Previous experience working in an after-school program or teaching in lower and middle school is an advantage.

If you have experience working with type 1 diabetes, medication, and carbohydrate calculation, that is a plus.
