Licensed and Qualified High School Teacher in Russian as a Modern Language
Do you want to teach modern languages? We are looking for dedicated and qualified high school teachers for remote teaching.
About the Position:
- Teaching: Remote teaching in modern languages at the high school level.
- Scope: Part-time, hourly employment
- Duration: 12 months or longer.
- Employment Type: Permanent or fixed-term employment.

Linguista, part of AcadeMedia, offers language services through both in-person and remote teaching. We teach modern languages, mother tongue, and study guidance, focusing on primary and secondary education.

About the Position
We are looking for dedicated and competent language teachers in Russian who want to be part of our team! As a teacher with us, you will play an important role in inspiring and supporting students in their language development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students' learning through a language-developing approach.
- Adapting teaching based on students' needs and circumstances.
- Participating in professional development and pedagogical development work.
- Creating an inspiring learning environment that sparks curiosity and engagement among students.
Qualifications
We see language teaching as a fundamental part of students' development and achievement, and therefore prioritize a high-quality language-developing approach. We are looking for someone who has a holistic view of learning, is engaged, and curious about continuing to develop in your profession with us. To be eligible for the position, a teaching degree and qualification in the relevant language at the high school level is required.
Responsibilities
You will teach modern languages remotely at the high school level depending on the needs of the schools. If necessary, study guidance may also be included in the position, depending on demand from schools. Your assignment includes planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in accordance with the curriculum. As an educator, it is important to adapt teaching to students' individual needs and support their knowledge development.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a teaching license with qualification to teach the relevant language at the high school level.
- Has teaching experience, preferably in remote teaching, and good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital tools).
- Has a formative approach and an interest in pedagogical development.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
