We continue to build and acquire and are now looking for a facility technician to work with our properties in Skövde, Mariestad, and Karlstad!

What do we offer you? Since we own the properties, you won't have to chase hours or think about invoicing; instead, you can focus on operations and ensuring the properties are in top condition.

We have set high goals for energy savings and will focus heavily on this moving forward, so you will work with your colleagues to develop and calculate measures that help us achieve our goals. You will also perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations and optimize the operation of heating, cooling, ventilation, etc.

We have a stable foundation in our operations organization but are in constant development, which we believe makes the position fun and varied. Some of our properties are a few years old, but we maintain good control over them as most have connected control systems, and within Balder, there is a strong desire to develop the properties. In the role of facility technician, you will work with different types of systems where there is a strategy in place to facilitate operation and maintenance.

What do you offer us? We see that you have a good understanding and knowledge of HVAC as well as basic knowledge of electricity. It is a merit to have basic and/or specialized knowledge in control and regulation as well as cooling.

Furthermore, you are proficient in Swedish and hold a B driver's license.

You also need to have the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate well with both tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
