About the Position

We are currently seeking a workshop manager/team leader in collaboration with one of our clients in Skurup!

We are looking for someone with experience in the workshop and/or automotive industry. In the role of workshop manager, you will assist with documentation and paperwork related to the workshop, such as work orders. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative role, where organization is key. You will also assist in leading and distributing tasks based on the needs of the business. The position also includes customer contact, and you will be the face of the business.

Working hours: Daytime.
Start: Immediately or as agreed.

The company performs modifications for trucks and customizes unique solutions tailored to customers' operations, needs, and wishes.

Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys an administrative role but also has some understanding of technology and mechanics. The position requires good computer skills and experience with Office programs. Furthermore, you are professional in your contact with customers as well as with your colleagues in the workshop. You also have the ability to both support and lead and distribute tasks to your colleagues effectively.
