to apply for the job
We are now looking for additional colleagues for our injection molding in Malmö.
About the position
TePe has a production environment that is largely self-developed and automated. Step by step, you can follow how the products take shape – from raw materials to finished packaged products. The machines are precision-engineered, and the environment is clean and quiet.
As a machine setter, you will be an important cog in the automated operation of our injection molding. You will set up injection molding machines, change tools/colors, inspect, fine-tune, document, and ensure that production flows optimally. You are responsible for the maintenance and organization of the machines.
The production is largely fully automated, which requires you to be able to use computerized machines and equipment. The production consists of several different machines, both in size and product type, which requires you to be accustomed to working with optimization and efficiency.
You will work closely with machine operators and maintenance personnel, as well as your colleagues in the team of setters, although you will also work a lot independently. Therefore, you need to be able to work well both in a group and independently and take a great deal of personal responsibility.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in injection molding, preferably as a machine setter. You have a broad technical understanding and material knowledge of plastics and/or silicone. You are used to taking great personal responsibility and want to constantly learn more. Your colleagues would describe you as a solution-oriented and unpretentious person who is engaged in your work and workplace.
You will work 2 shifts with working hours of 06:00-14:00 one week and 13:55-22:55 the next week.
Requirements for the position are:
- Experience from industrial work within plastics
- Experience in injection molding
- A strong technical interest, preferably with a technical education
- Good skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
It is also meritorious if you:
- Have completed the training Ställare 1 and Ställare 2
- Have experience working with silicone
What does TePe offer you?
In our production, you will have the chance to work with advanced injection molding at a growing and investing company. We offer a workplace with a good working environment, friendly colleagues, and attractive benefits including Friday breakfast, generous wellness allowance, coffee, fruit, and staff activities.
At TePe, we value every employee's contribution. We believe in collaboration, curiosity, and respect, and with us, you will truly have the chance to contribute. You will become part of a friendly and down-to-earth company with an important vision – to improve oral health and well-being for people around the world.
