About the position:
If you thrive in a production environment, have a technical interest, and a keen eye for detail, then you are probably the person we are looking for. As an assembler, you will work at the heart of Aimpoint's operations, and the work involves tasks that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work varied and challenging. Aimpoint's operations are characterized by quality, continuous training, and follow-up with the ambition to adapt to different customer needs, which requires constant development and flexibility. As a person, you must be meticulous, flexible, responsible, and possess technical understanding. On-site, you will receive continuous good training and guidance from managers and colleagues so that you feel secure in your role.
Examples of tasks:
- Meticulous assembly of products
- Follow established work instructions, rules, routines, and processes
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Collaborate in the team's training and development
- Maintain a structured and organized work environment
Requirements for the position:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have work experience in process work within the industry and are accustomed to routine work and documentation
- You have a keen eye for detail and a technical interest
- You are available for shift work (Morning and Afternoon)
- You have a good understanding of both Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious for the position:
- You have a driver's license and access to a car to easily get to your workplace
- You have previous assembly experience

You are quality-conscious, meticulous, structured, and unpretentious in your work. You also have no problem rolling up your sleeves and helping out where needed, always prioritizing the group's and company's best interests. You have a keen eye for detail, are practically minded, and either have a technical interest or previous assembly experience.
