We are currently looking for an operator for a chemical manufacturing industry in Malmö for temporary employment.

About the role:

The company manufactures premium products for wooden floors, and we are now seeking a dedicated operator for production. You will work on the manufacturing of the company's products according to a weekly plan, where you will add raw materials and monitor the processes. It is very important that you work carefully and in accordance with current instructions. Some lifting is required in certain tasks, so you must be physically capable of handling it. You will also retrieve raw materials from the warehouse and deliver finished products using a forklift, thus a forklift license is a requirement for the position.

The position initially starts with morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, but eventually, it may require you to work two shifts, with evening shifts from 1:45 PM to 9:45 PM.

About you: We are looking for someone who is engaged, reliable, and willing to work hard. You are prepared to pitch in when needed, you enjoy taking responsibility, and you understand the importance of careful and structured work. You are a team player who wants to contribute to the whole, but you also have no problem working independently. You have good communication skills and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience working with SAP is a plus.

The position is a temporary hire through PIKE Personal starting in April and is expected to last until the end of August, with a chance of extension. There will be no opportunity for extended summer leave.
