TopWork is looking for an experienced CNC operator for our client in Hässleholm!

About the position
We are now looking for a CNC operator for a workshop in Hässleholm. Here you will work with both CNC-controlled and manual machines and handle a varied production. The role may also include other tasks within the workshop, which means we are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys solving problems practically.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC machines
• Work with manual lathes and milling machines
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality
• Perform basic maintenance and adjustments of machines
• Assist with other workshop tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in CNC machining (preferably both lathe and milling)
• Knowledge of manual machining is a big plus
• Understanding of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques
• Experience working in a workshop environment
• A solution-oriented and practical approach
