Job Description

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a deputy principal for 40% and 60% as a special teacher, special educator, or primary school teacher for grades F-3 at Bäckskolan in Kisa. The position includes leadership responsibilities as a deputy principal for 40%. This is in close collaboration with the principal, student health, management team, and substitute planner. The position also includes 60% teaching and student health work for and with students in grades F-3. The position is a permanent 100% position and will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made. The appointment as deputy principal is for 2 years at a time with the possibility of extension. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

Deputy principal and teacher for grades F-3.

We are primarily looking for someone who is a licensed special teacher or special educator with experience working in grades F-3. If you have a special teacher or special educator degree, you will work as a special teacher or special educator with the tasks you are qualified for at 60% and the remaining 40% as a deputy principal. Previous experience in leadership roles is an advantage.
