At Macelleria, we are looking for a skilled pizzaiolo with experience in Neapolitan wood-fired pizza to join our kitchen! We are an Italian à la carte restaurant that combines traditional flavors with high-quality ingredients – and now we want to strengthen our team with a passionate pizzaiolo.
About the job:
✅ Bake Neapolitan pizzas in a wood-fired oven using traditional methods
✅ Prepare dough, tomato sauce, and top-quality ingredients
✅ Ensure that the pizzas maintain a consistent and high standard
✅ Work closely with the kitchen team in a dynamic environment
✅ Contribute new ideas and flavors to develop the menu
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience with Neapolitan pizza and wood-fired ovens
✔ Is meticulous and works quickly under high pressure
✔ Has an eye for detail and a passion for quality
✔ Is a team player with a positive attitude
✔ Has previous experience in an Italian restaurant (preferred but not required)
