Visma Smartskill is looking for a Content Manager to join our team in care and welfare!
About us: We simplify everyday life in municipal and private care and welfare through our digital service with e-courses, news articles, and encyclopedias that explain complicated regulations in a simple way.
- Position: Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment (starting August 2025)

Our digital service, Smartskill - Care and Welfare, includes e-courses, news articles, and encyclopedias and provides training in legislation and regulations. We often say that we deliver complicated rules - simply explained. The service is available to all employees, including managers, staff, and substitutes.
A key position in our team is our Content Manager. Our current Content Manager will be on parental leave starting in August 2025, and we are now looking for her substitute with the possibility of permanent employment. The work is highly digital, and it is possible to work from home part of the time if desired. We have many offices in Sweden, so we will find a solution that suits you!
We have been active in Sweden since 2022 and work closely with our Norwegian colleagues to benefit from their good experience of the service in the Norwegian market since 2002.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping Smartskill - Care and Welfare updated with current legislation and the requirements for care and welfare operations.
- Writing articles, blog posts, news, and keeping our social media updated
- Responsible for onboarding new customers and following up with existing customers
- Creating content and leading the process for e-courses and webinars
- Being a resource person in your area
- Distributing tasks to others in the content team, both internal and external resources, and ensuring the functionality of the response service
The position will involve some travel in Sweden and to Norway.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has worked in the care and/or welfare sector, preferably with leadership experience. Perhaps you have studied law for a term or more? We would like you to be able to work independently and be structured, flexible, and easily find solutions and good formulations!
We have a close collaboration with our customers to identify needs and further develop our services, and we dedicate a lot of time to their startup. Your role means that you must be able to understand the customer's situation to build relevant content with good examples that users recognize in their everyday lives. You have good collaboration skills, are service-oriented, and can work efficiently with quality.
To succeed in the role, we hope you have:
- Practical work experience from care and/or welfare as an employee or leader
- Education in social law and/or health and medical law
- Very good writing skills, with the ability to explain in a simple way
- Pedagogical understanding
- Knowledge and experience from the municipal and/or private sector
- Understanding of the requirements and challenges faced today by managers and employees in care and welfare operations
- Quickly familiarize yourself with computer programs and new media
