We are now looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist who wants to contribute their expertise to an engaged and innovative team. Here, you will work with complex challenges, coach colleagues, and be an important link between customers and internal resources.

What you will do:

Provide first-class support to internal customers in orders, technology, and payments. Own the entire support case – from first contact to resolution. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, aftermarket, and other teams. Contribute your expertise in the development of new solutions and processes.

We are looking for someone who has:

Solid experience in customer support and order management. Knowledge of SAP and a good understanding of logistics flows. Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Word, and Teams). A sharp problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills. A coaching approach and a solution-focused mindset.

Fluent in Swedish and English.

Practical information:

Location: Nyköping (Hybrid – 50% remote). Scope: 100% full-time. Start date: May 12, 2025. End date: December 31, 2025.
