The Organization

Klockarbergsskolan in Skinnskatteberg is beautifully located in the village right next to the church with a view of Lake Nedre Vättern. Klockarbergsskolan is the only school in the municipality and has 400 students from grades F-9. Within the school area, there are after-school care, a sports hall, a library, and a culture school. The goal is to create a safe school with a holistic view and a common value base for parents and children from the time children start preschool until they finish grade 9. The school should be characterized by an open and good working climate where students and teachers thrive together. The municipality's smaller size means that decisions are close at hand and the opportunity to influence the development of the organization is significant. The school has a staff group of about 70 employees divided into five well-functioning teams, each led by a team leader.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for someone who wants to work in the school's after-school care and has a good understanding of the after-school care's mission. You will base your work on each student's needs and conditions. You are responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an educated leisure pedagogue, preschool teacher, leisure teacher, or has another university education with a pedagogical focus. If you have experience working with value-based issues and meeting students with special needs, it is an advantage.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and value social competence and collaboration skills. You have an inclusive approach and the ability to create good relationships.

Working Hours/Duration

The positions are temporary full-time and/or part-time from 2025-08-04 to 2026-06-30 with the possibility of extension.
