About the Position

Are you a flexible and unpretentious head waiter or team leader who thrives in a dynamic environment where no day is the same? Do you want to work extra with varied assignments in catering, summer parties, and events? Then you are the one we are looking for!

At Carotte, you will have the chance to lead teams and create memorable experiences for our customers. Whether it’s about summer parties, corporate events, weddings, catering assignments, or exclusive events, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You enjoy quickly adapting to different assignments and are happy to jump in where needed – always with a smile on your face.

The work is scheduled both during the day, evening, and weekends during spring and summer, and our assignments range from intimate dinners to grand celebrations – all with high demands on service and quality. You have the opportunity to design your own schedule. Our events start in April and continue throughout the summer, with the possibility of longer assignments depending on your availability.

Has experience leading teams in restaurants, events, or catering Is a social, positive, and unpretentious leader who inspires your team Has an eye for detail and knows how to deliver world-class service Is flexible and solution-oriented – you adapt quickly to different situations Thrives in a role where the pace is high and tasks vary Has another primary occupation (e.g., studies or another job at least 50%) Speaks Swedish or English fluently

About Carotte Academy

At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free multi-step training program. In the introductory training, you as a newcomer in the industry will gain the theoretical and practical foundational knowledge required to work in service at Carotte Staff. With the right attitude, you will have the opportunity to advance within the company and become a Carotte Leader.

Our parent company Carotte has over 40 years of experience in working with service, and over the years we have become experts in recruiting and training staff who always go the extra mile.
