We are looking for a bartender to join our team at Heaven 23!

About the Role

As a bartender with us, you will be primarily responsible for serving guests in our bars Heaven 23 and Upper House. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests based on their requests and providing them with a delightful experience through friendly service and exceptional hospitality.

We have a wide range of cocktails, mixed with finesse, for all taste preferences. Sour, sweet, or just fresh and crisp. We both know and love the classics:

Craftsmanship, Knowledge, and Sensitivity

As a Bartender, you will work as part of a team and collaborate with both service staff and other Bartenders, as well as our Bar Supervisor and Restaurant Manager. Together with the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a pleasant and enjoyable environment in the bars and driving and developing the bars forward to ensure they operate as optimally as possible.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least three years of work experience as a bartender and good cash handling skills. You have a high school education, speak and write Swedish fluently, and have good knowledge of English. We are looking for someone who is flexible, has an open mind, is attentive to what is happening around you, is good at building relationships, and enjoys working as part of a team. You are passionate about your work, humble, and prioritize the guests' experience. As a person, you are cheerful, positive, and social while also being organized, independent, and responsible for your tasks.

Job Information

Employment type: permanent position, a 6-month probationary period applies.

Schedule: Mixed days, evenings, and weekends
