ABOUT THE POSITION
Biometria is a member-owned and central player in the Swedish forestry industry. They measure the timber flowing between forest and industry and ensure that Sweden's forest owners are secure in their timber transactions. This is done by supporting and developing timber trading, logistics, and production in the timber market, as well as offering services for the digitization and automation of timber flows and transactions through a platform on which they build new modern services.
We are now looking for a customer service representative in Sundsvall who will play a crucial role in Biometria's work to launch its new business system, Viol 3. In this role, you will be responsible, along with your colleagues, for transferring master data into Biometria's new system, where your ability to be efficient and accurate will be of great help. Initially, there will be a strong focus on customer contact via phone to receive and register cases. You will be welcomed into a team that possesses very good competence in the field and is always ready to help when needed, and you will have a mentor to support you in giving you the best conditions for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Receive and register incoming cases from customers via phone
- Administration of data sets based on incoming orders through the case management system Salesforce
- Work in various IT systems linked to the VIOL 3 platform to ensure correct data
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience from a similar role in administration or customer service
- Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English as both languages are used in daily work
- Enjoys a role that involves a lot of phone contact
- Has good computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and feels comfortable working in Excel
It is an advantage if you have:
- A completed degree from a university in IT, engineering, or economics
- Previous experience working in business systems

Additional Information:
- Start: Immediately
- Scope: Full-time, fixed-term assignment until the end of August 2025
- Working hours: 08:00-17:00
