As our colleague is going on parental leave, we are now looking for a substitute high school teacher in religion combined with Swedish or psychology who is passionate about student learning.

Your Responsibilities

You will teach religion and Swedish or psychology according to Gy11 and Gy25. The position also includes the role of mentor, which involves close collaboration with the student health team and your work team.

As a teacher, you view the entire school day of the student as important, and therefore you collaborate with guardians, colleagues, and others present in the school. This is to achieve higher goal fulfillment and create the best conditions for each student.

You will base your teaching on the student group you meet and create varied and challenging lessons based on the students' needs. Using digital tools is a natural part of your teaching.

You lead, motivate, and create engagement in the teaching situation, and you systematically evaluate and develop your teaching.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a teaching license in religion and Swedish or psychology for high school teaching. You have experience working as a teacher and possess good subject knowledge.

As a person, you are secure and stable with the ability to build trusting relationships with both students and guardians. You have good pedagogical insight, being clear and adapting your teaching to the different abilities and needs of the students.

You have good leadership both inside and outside the classroom, where you motivate and inspire but can also set boundaries when necessary.

As we work with people, we see that you are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances and variations in work pace throughout the day.

You see opportunities, are creative, and build trusting relationships, working independently.

You have organizational skills, are flexible, and find it easy to collaborate and take initiative.
