The traffic area of Norrbotten consists of about 120 employees and we operate approximately 80 buses every day. Together with our client Länstrafiken in Norrbotten, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Boden.

Personal qualities and qualifications
As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible, and enjoy both service and customer interactions. You handle stressful situations and environments calmly and confidently. You have a safe driving style and drive environmentally friendly.
Furthermore, we see that you:

• Have a D driver's license and a valid YKB.
• Have good Swedish skills in speaking and writing.
• Can work irregular hours.

About the position
We offer hourly employment, fixed-term employment, and permanent employment on both part-time/full-time based on your needs or preferences.
Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, you can count your years (Sweden) for placement in the salary scale.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests are conducted. The tests will be sent to you via email. To proceed in the process, you must achieve a passing result. Please note that we may not always be able to provide feedback on the tests if you do not proceed to an interview.
