About the position:

At Sovkoncept, you will join a team that supports each other and works together to provide their customers with the best possible experience, helping them find the right bed based on their specific needs! As a Store Salesperson with warehouse responsibility at Sovkoncept in Luleå, you will play a central role in their operations. Your responsibilities will range from guiding customers to the right bed, managing inventory and deliveries, to ensuring that customers receive their bed delivered and assembled as agreed. The position involves a combination of physical work and customer service, requiring you to have good physical fitness, be social, have a high sense of service, and be solution-oriented and meticulous.

Job responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the warehouse, receive and handle goods, and plan and execute deliveries.
• Help customers find the right bed based on their needs and provide professional advice.
• Work towards set goals and budgets.
• Perform deliveries and assembly of beds at customers' homes (2-3 days a week).
• Be responsible for order and structure in the warehouse and coordinate schedules.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, energetic, and has an easy time building customer relationships.
• Has good physical fitness and is comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and assembly.
• Is meticulous, structured, and self-driven with a good sense of routines.
• Has a valid driver's license (B-class required).
• Is flexible and can work both weekdays and weekends.

Store hours and working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Friday until 6:00 PM)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Your working hours will vary during store hours based on scheduling, corresponding to a full-time position (between 90-100%) or as agreed. You are expected to work about two out of four weekends per month.
