Bus Driver Training in Collaboration with Expansa

The traffic area of Norrbotten is one of Nobina's 17 traffic areas in Sweden. With over 130 employees and 80 buses, we are responsible for, in collaboration with our client Länstrafiken and the city of Piteå, operating and developing bus traffic in Norrbotten. We also have a ten-year contract in Boden that allows us to update our fleet with new buses.

Personal qualities and education
To apply for our training, you must be 24 years old or older and have held a B driver's license for manual transmission for at least 1 year. The training requires that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form.

The bus driver profession is a service profession where you as a driver have a significant impact on our customers' travel experience, and you are responsible for safety and comfort on board. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are passionate about providing good service, are attentive, meticulous, and responsible.

You meet new people every day, both customers and colleagues, and an important part of the job is to build relationships through a positive and service-oriented attitude. Our customers' needs drive the business, which means that our buses run year-round, around the clock. Therefore, it is important that you can work irregular hours.

About the position
The training is full-time. Those who are accepted and complete the training will receive a 100% employment (six months probationary period), with the ambition to continue into a permanent position. Training salary starts from the first day of training.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests will be conducted. The tests will be sent to you via email. To proceed in the process, you must achieve a passing result. Please note that we may not always be able to provide feedback on the tests if you do not proceed to an interview.
