Kalles Bud was founded in 1974 and is today a well-renowned logistics company with extensive experience and solid industry knowledge in our business areas. We are a full-service company with great experience and knowledge that performs domestic and international transport, long-distance transport, distribution, freight forwarding, warehousing, 3PL (third-party logistics), and assembly for companies and private individuals. We are experts in transporting unpackaged, difficult-to-handle goods as well as hazardous/ADR goods.

You have probably seen our vehicles or met one of our drivers. Today, we have about 100 employees and around 50 vehicles. Our personal service and ability to always put the customer's needs first have led to satisfied customers, new assignments, and the company's positive development.

Kalles Bud's headquarters is quality, environmental, and occupational health certified according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. We are also affiliated with Fair Transport's sustainability certification and an authorized moving company through SMF (Swedish Furniture Transporters Association).

We carry out our assignments with a modern fleet of vehicles that is constantly updated to meet the industry's and customers' environmental requirements.

We have terminals and warehousing in Luleå, Umeå, and Kiruna. The main office is located in Luleå.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced leader with a solid background in the transport industry or similar fields.

Some qualities you should have:

• Customer Focus: You are attentive and aware of customers' needs, and you act to solve these in the best way. You are a good team player, skilled at communicating, and find it easy to collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Communication Skills: You communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues, and you can give and take instructions without losing important information. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Organizational Skills: You have the ability to plan and create a good structure to organize transports efficiently. You can oversee multiple tasks at the same time.
• Good Computer Skills: You have good computer skills and can work within several different systems.
• Independent: You can make quick decisions and adjust your planning at short notice. You work independently and handle changes swiftly.
