We are now looking for a driven and service-minded store employee for Ahlsell in Hallsberg. Ahlsell is the leading technical distributor in the Nordic region for installation products, tools, and machinery.

The tasks in this position will primarily consist of stocking the store, customer service, and cash handling. Your responsibilities will always include service towards customers, as you are the company's face when a customer enters the store.

The position can start immediately. Working hours are scheduled during the day. You will be employed as a consultant at PerformIQ but will work in Ahlsell's store in Hallsberg.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to work with retail sales and service. We prefer that you have previous experience working with customers and in a store. The position involves daily customer contact and relationship building with both existing and new customers, which means you need to feel comfortable with this. You value customer satisfaction and interact with others professionally and joyfully. It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in electrical or plumbing. Furthermore, we see that you have a forklift license and are proactive and driven. You are also someone who has an eye for what needs to be done and helps out where needed.

We highly value your qualities and prefer that you have a background in sports or community activities. Please share what activity you have participated in, how it has shaped you as a person, and how you believe this affects you in a role as a store employee.
