Who are we?

Health and Medical Care Organization 3 is an area-based team consisting of nurses, HSL nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. The area of responsibility includes four special accommodations with permanent and short-term places. In HS-organization 3, we have Kalkstensgatan 5, Sandbyhovsgatan 4, Värmlandsgatan 16, all with permanent places, and Gamla Övägen 27 with only short-term places.

We are a friendly and very experienced group that helps and supports each other in our daily work.

We are now looking for a positive and flexible nurse

who enjoys fast-paced environments and feels confident working independently at our short-term accommodation at Gamla Övägen 27.

Your responsibilities

You will be primarily placed at Gamla Övägen 27, which consists of 64 short-term care places.

As a nurse, you have a health and medical care assignment. The role of the nurse means you have primary responsibility for a number of places and a consulting responsibility for a larger number of places when your colleagues are on leave and during weekend work.

Your tasks include standard nursing duties such as medical rounds, catheter care, tracheostomy, feeding tubes, wound care, medication management, injections, and end-of-life care. You are responsible for care, make your own assessments, and initiate treatments.

Furthermore, you will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. You will be an important part of the collaboration with your colleagues, relatives, care coordinators, unit managers, and external contacts.

As a nurse with us, you will have an independent, varied, stimulating, and responsible job in a multidisciplinary team. The work as a nurse in short-term accommodation means that you independently assess, plan, organize, and perform/initiate medical treatment and care interventions, guide and delegate to nursing staff. You will have close collaboration with colleagues such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff.

We offer good working hours, wellness allowance, and continuous further education. You will work daytime between 06:45 and 17:00 with weekend shifts. We work with operational and individual-adapted schedules.

Who are you?

You are a licensed nurse.
