Summer Job as a Caretaker in the City Hall

Our caretaker, who is responsible for the daily operations, is going on a well-deserved vacation, and we are now looking for a summer substitute.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a caretaker, you will be responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of the city hall. You will conduct regular checks and support for all technical equipment and functions in the city hall, such as projectors and other digital conference equipment. Traditional caretaker tasks such as changing fixtures, hanging bulletin boards, removing and moving paper recycling and furniture are also included. You will also be responsible for mail handling in the city hall and distribution of internal mail between the municipality's various operations.

For a calm and secure introduction, the position will start with shadowing during week 25. The summer job will then extend until week 33, and we will prioritize those who can be available throughout this period.

QUALIFICATIONS

In the role of caretaker, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and are flexible and attentive in contact with both colleagues and customers. You are technically interested and can perform basic carpentry work.

You are driven, positive, engaged, have the ability to maintain a high level of service, and work systematically with problem-solving. You can take your own initiatives and are not afraid to pitch in where needed.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
