Your role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to long-term customer collaborations. This way, you manage your own customer portfolio over time. Your tasks include:
✅ Identifying and contacting potential customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses, via phone and digital channels.
✅ Presenting our advertising solutions and showing how companies can strengthen their brand and reach students at Sweden's largest universities.
✅ Sending quotes, order confirmations, and following up on deals to ensure long-term collaborations.
✅ Working goal-oriented and having clear results to strive for – always with the support of a team that motivates and develops you.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is driven by making deals, creating relationships, and influencing their own success. You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take responsibility and work towards clear goals. Building new contacts and nurturing long-term business relationships comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable communicating both via phone and digital channels. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but the most important thing is your attitude – you have the desire to learn, develop, and succeed.
Other information
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (full-time)
Employment type: 6-month probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment
Salary: guaranteed monthly salary and commission with no cap
