Verisure is one of the world's largest security companies, working to ensure that people feel safe every day, around the clock. We offer comprehensive solutions and services in home alarm systems.

We are now looking for an experienced Sales Leader for our Retention department at our headquarters in Linköping. As a Sales Leader with us, you are an important piece of a goal-oriented department. Your main tasks will be to lead and support each salesperson and the entire team.

About the Role

In the role of Sales Leader at Verisure, you are a role model and work with short-term and long-term goals. You coach and provide feedback, focusing both on the individual salesperson and the entire team. You will daily focus on the current situation, skills, motivation, and challenges. We are a company in constant growth, which means that new colleagues will continuously start their journey with us. For you, this means working with onboarding, training, and support every day.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong drive in their professional role.
  • Is goal-oriented and motivated by seeing their team develop.
  • Has a high school education.
  • Has sales experience.
  • Is pedagogical and accustomed to working with feedback in a developmental way.
  • Has an engagement that motivates.
  • Has previous leadership experience.
