Once again this year, the Social Administration has decided to work with bonuses for substitutes who work at least 70% during weeks 25-32.

This includes those who choose to work in an outer area receiving an extra 10,000 SEK after completing their substitute position. Those who work centrally will receive an extra 8,000 SEK after completing their substitute position.

The Social Administration is looking for summer substitutes for our operations within Functional Support (FS), Elderly Care (ÄO), home care, and special accommodations.

Job Duties
The work in our operations is varied and offers many exciting meetings with interesting people. For us, it is important that the people we support have a secure and meaningful existence where each individual's needs are at the center.

Home Care
Home care services are designed to facilitate living and daily life when age, illness, or disability makes it difficult to manage alone. As a care worker, you provide assistance as needed with practical tasks at home such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meals. Your duties also include help with personal care such as showering, dressing, and toilet visits.

Special Accommodations
As a care worker in special accommodations, you work with individuals who can no longer have their needs for care, security, and safety met in their own homes. Special accommodations mean a residence in a group home staffed with personnel around the clock. Those living in special accommodations have extensive care and supervision needs that extend over a large part of the day. You provide care, support, and services in daily life to those who need it.

Functional Support
In functional support, you work with individuals who need support and assistance in their daily lives. The support needs can be social in nature, while others may have intellectual, mental, or physical disabilities. Services are provided according to both the LSS and the Social Services Act (SoL) within group homes, personal assistance, short-term homes for children and youth, supported housing for young people, as well as within social psychiatry housing and housing support.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is empathetic and service-oriented. You are interested in working with people and have an easy time collaborating and taking initiative. The work is varied, and therefore we also appreciate that you are flexible and responsible.

Education and/or experience in the respective work area and a driver's license are merits. Since documentation is part of your duties, it is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Conditions
The vacation period is June, July, and August.

The working hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and night shifts.

In the work, you will use Freja eID to perform certain tasks.
