Do you have experience working at sea and a background in ship and safety equipment? Or are you a recent graduate with a degree in the field looking to start your career on land? Now you have the chance to take on an exciting role where you can use your expertise in a new environment!

We are looking for a driven order and customer coordinator with knowledge of ship and safety equipment who wants to be part of our expert team. Here, you will work alongside experienced and knowledgeable colleagues who are passionate about conducting inspections with the highest quality and safety. The position is located in modern premises in the Högsbo industrial area in Västra Frölunda.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to manage customer orders and provide customer support, as well as place orders with suppliers. You will be our face to the outside world, ensuring that orders are confirmed and monitoring that goods arrive on time to meet customer needs. You will collaborate with the team to jointly develop and improve routines and working methods tailored to the customers you handle.

Responsibilities

You will be an important cog in our operation. In close collaboration with other colleagues, you will have daily contact with customers and suppliers, both in Sweden and abroad.

Main tasks:

• Order management; handle inquiries, register orders, and place orders
• Quotation work and management of price lists and product range
• Coordinate and monitor the entire process from order to delivery of goods to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner
• Order administration such as registering new customers and items
• Perform work both within assignments and projects and actively contribute to the development of both systems and working methods to improve routines and efficiency

Qualifications

As an order and customer coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the best solutions based on their needs. You work with advising, coordinating, and following up on orders and have an important function in maintaining high service and safety standards. To thrive in the role, we see that you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and structured in your working methods. You feel comfortable working independently when necessary and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge and experience of ship and safety equipment or a relevant education in the field with practical experience
• Enjoys having many points of contact and providing professional service
• Is solution-oriented and structured in your work
• Has experience in a similar role such as order, delivery, or customer coordinator
• Has good system skills with experience in business systems and is proficient in Windows and Office programs
• Has a good numerical sense with an interest in finance and technology
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience and knowledge in streamlining, developing, and improving routines and working methods is an advantage
• Has a B driver's license
