About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and driven inside sales representative for an upcoming consulting assignment in Gothenburg! In this role, you will play a central part in increasing sales by actively nurturing and developing customer relationships. You will contact potential customers, present products and services, and negotiate and close deals. Additionally, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while ensuring a high level of service to both new and existing customers.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails from potential customers
• Create and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular contact and follow-up
• Identify and analyze customer needs to offer suitable products or services
• Conduct sales activities and present products or services to customers
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with potential customers to increase sales
• Work proactively to achieve and exceed set sales targets
• Document and report sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficiency
• Stay updated on products, the market, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information and advice.
