JOB DESCRIPTION

We are Gothenburg! Now we need you who want to work and develop in the role of customer manager. Intraservice is a provider of common internal IT services for the municipality, delivering to the city's administrations and companies.

Do you want to be part of digitizing Gothenburg? Are you driven by working with the customer in focus? Do you want to contribute to effective and good service?

We are now looking for a customer manager for our Customer and Service Center department, where you will work in a team with three colleagues.

Current focus areas are to continue developing the administration's customer organization and how we coordinate within the city. You will be involved in creating new ways of working to meet and follow up on customer needs, as well as developing the structure for agreements and follow-up of finances and service delivery together with other customer managers in the unit.

Your main focus will be to meet the administration's customers, and to succeed in this, you need to collaborate with key functions within the administration's areas of operation. Intraservice's customer unit has a broad and outward-facing mission, where we operate both internally and externally and contribute to the work of clearly describing and informing about Intraservice's services and offerings. The role includes, among other things:

• To be responsible for signing and continuously following up agreements and contracts between the provider Intraservice and the administrations and companies within the City of Gothenburg.
• To be responsible for Intraservice's customer relationships at a strategic and tactical level.
• To communicate, inform, and clarify the content and benefits of Intraservice's services.
• To participate in the work of establishing routines and processes for how we internally work effectively with customer interactions and customer dialogue and follow-up on customer satisfaction.
• To contribute to the development of our services based on continuous dialogue with our customers.
• To drive our customer journey and ensure that our customers receive qualified service and are offered services based on their specific needs.
• To strengthen and develop the use of our services.
• Build networks, internally within the administration and externally in the city, to best support the customer's entire operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You preferably have a technical/IT university degree or equivalent experience that we consider comparable.

Requirements for experience/knowledge:

• Experience in mapping, analyzing, and understanding customer needs and translating them into concrete offers and decision-making materials.
• Experience in continuously following up on costs, quality, and satisfaction of IT services.
• Experience in creating contracts and working with contractual issues.
• You have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You have broad technical/IT competence and have worked with digitization and have an understanding of the components that build a service.
