Your New Job

Working as a personal assistant means helping another person to have a functioning and valuable everyday life and to live a life with good living conditions. Your role means that you make a difference in people's lives. You work based on the needs of the care recipient, such as assistance with daily chores, mobility, personal hygiene, and during meals. The job requires you to be independent but also attentive to the care recipient's daily condition. We also work with HSL interventions delegated by a nurse.

Working hours are during the day and evening, as well as every other weekend. The workplace is located in central Bastuträsk.

Your Qualifications

Education/Experience: It is advantageous if you have a nursing assistant education. It is a plus if you have experience working in care, support, and/or personal assistance and understand what it means to work in someone's home.

Personal Qualities: You who are applying need to be social, outgoing, and very flexible. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, and the chemistry with the client is a significant criterion for filling the position.

It is advantageous if you speak Swedish, but it is not a requirement. English is also acceptable.

You need to be able to tolerate pets as there are cats in the home.
