The Facility Management organization at Alfa Laval's site in Lund is responsible for the site's properties, premises, and outdoor areas, as well as ensuring that the ancillary services that facilitate their use function optimally.

About the role of Electrical Responsible

Together with colleagues, you will be responsible for developing the site's properties, premises, and outdoor areas from a sustainability perspective. You will belong to the department that works with property, fire, and safety issues. You will be the formal electrical responsible person for Alfa Laval Technologies AB for our units in Lund, Staffanstorp, and Eskilstuna. The responsibility may extend to other sites within Sweden.

You will come to an expansive environment with varied tasks. Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for daily operations regarding service and maintenance as well as project management during new construction and renovations of properties and installations.
• Planning, budgeting, follow-up, work management, documentation, risk analysis development, and work environment planning.
• Initiate and project manage electrical projects.
• Initiate measures for energy efficiency improvements.
• Regular operational meetings with follow-up and quality controls.
• Responsible for internal and external contacts with employees, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and organizations.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You report to the site Real Estate Manager and act on behalf of the CEO.

We are looking for someone with the following experiences and qualifications:

• Relevant education such as electrician, engineer, or equivalent. Qualified electrician.
• AL authorization (Low Voltage).
• Experience in a project management role within electrical work.
• Experience with self-control programs and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within electrical work, ESA, ELSÄK.
• Experience in energy efficiency improvements.
• Experience working with finances, project budget management, and financial goals.
• Experience in project design.
• Familiarity with communicating with contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Good ability to communicate and express oneself in writing in Swedish and English.
• Driver's license B.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of CAD programs and property systems.
• Good knowledge of project management, BAS-P, BAS-U, construction law, and work environment coordination.
• Experience working with installations in HVAC, ventilation, control & regulation.
