About the Position

In the role of support technician, you will work closely with one of the client's larger end-users and support a wide range of IT-related issues. It is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to broaden your technical skills while being an important part of delivering high service.

You will work with support for Office 365, MS Office, Windows, Windows Server, networks, firewalls, WiFi, security, backup, Active Directory, and Mac environments.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users
  • Resolve issues and problems related to the client's IT environment
  • Perform troubleshooting and actions using remote control and automation tools
  • Participate in improvement work related to incident, change, and problem management

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in IT who enjoys helping others. You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and contribute to the team's overall results. You are also communicative, positive, and flexible – and see it as a given to collaborate with colleagues.

We would like you to have:

  • At least one year of experience in technical support or customer service
  • Motivation to develop within IT and enjoy customer contact
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
