The IT function in Härryda municipality aims to deliver modern innovative IT with a high service level to the municipality's various operations. IT development in Härryda municipality is currently in an expansive phase. To meet the needs of the operations, we are now recruiting our first two system developers to the IT function.

The IT function currently consists of 22 employees working in servicedesk, operations, support, and system management. We are a great team that always lends a helping hand when needed. JOB DESCRIPTION

Look here, then you are the one we are looking for. As a system developer in the IT function, you will be part of something entirely new together with us in the IT function. In your role as a system developer, you will create business benefits by building integrations and identifying opportunities, testing, developing, and creating conditions for an effective operation. You will be one of the heroes in the IT function who makes a difference every day.

You will work broadly with several perspectives to improve the citizen's experience and create internal tools and opportunities that streamline the municipality's work. Your development assignments can come from all operations, which means you will constantly face new and exciting challenges. We believe you will have Sweden's most fun assignments when you create entirely new opportunities for Härryda municipality.

Your tasks:

• Development and further development
• Create integrations between operational systems and data sources
• Create APIs
• Combine results from different systems into new knowledge
• Participate in requirements analysis and system design
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Documentation of systems and processes
• Plan and coordinate system changes
• Monitor the environment and see opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in system development. You should have experience building integrations, developing applications, and creating APIs. You should have a technical understanding of the IT environment and how things connect and affect each other. You should have a relevant university education or equivalent work experience or vocational training that the employer assesses as equivalent.

It is advantageous if you have experience working both agile and according to ITIL and that you can plan changes, for example, by writing stories and change requests.

You should be a communicative and creative problem solver and have an easy time learning new things. You have a talent for identifying user needs and operational needs and transforming them into digital solutions. You are technically skilled and have experience working with modern development tools and technologies used in system development. You are flexible and collaborative and thrive in a team and can communicate well with both technical and non-technical colleagues. You should have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for you who have relevant knowledge in:

• Very good knowledge of the .Net framework (C#)
• Experience with database management with MS SQL
• Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with version control like GIT

It is advantageous if you also have experience with:

• Cloud-based solutions and services (Azure, DevOps, and similar).
• Experience with C++
