About the role

As a helpdesk staff member, you will assist users with various IT-related questions and contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities. Your tasks will include:

– Ensuring that IT equipment is functioning

– Providing service support via phone, email, and chat

– Supporting both hardware and software

– Administering IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, print queues)

– Instructing users on how to use different programs.

We are looking for someone who has

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

– High school education or equivalent IT knowledge

– At least 6 months of experience from working in helpdesk, IT support, or similar

– Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security

– Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

– Knowledge of ticketing systems, e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow

– Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)

– Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
