ABOUT THE POSITION

As a person, you are professional, driven, and passionate, a goal-oriented team player with a sense of quality and personal service. It is advantageous if you have a strong interest in food and beverages as well as the industry as a whole. It is a merit if you have good knowledge of wine.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone with a positive personality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a burning interest in service. You are open to change and are a problem solver.

As a server at Villa Dagmar:

• You are responsible for ensuring our guests feel welcome, acknowledged, and well taken care of - always and regardless
• Optimize sales within your area of responsibility
• Prepare for service according to checklists
• Take orders, recommend suitable drinks/food
• Actively work with upselling and increase average bills
• Process payments from guests within your area of responsibility
• Inform the head waiter of any corrections

EXPERIENCE

• High school education with advanced knowledge in restaurant management
• At least one year of experience in a restaurant
