We are now looking for a Staffing Coordinator for summer 2025 at our office in Stockholm!

Summer is our peak season, and we are now looking for someone to support our hotel department during the summer with the possibility of extension.

Perhaps you are a student/recent graduate in Hotel Management or Human Resources? This is a perfect job for you who want to gain experience in staffing, recruitment, and personnel administration – while working in a fast-paced and fun environment!

You will be part of our hotel team that manages the staff within housekeeping. Your main task will be to ensure that the right staff is in the right place. Responsibilities include receiving bookings, daily staffing and scheduling of personnel, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees, time reporting, and other personnel administration in our personnel systems.

Who are you to fit the role?

• You have previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferably in housekeeping) and are ready to take the next step
• You are organized and enjoy administrative tasks
• You have good communication skills, are passionate about diversity, and enjoy working with people from all over the world
• Driven, solution-oriented, and flexible in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in administration, recruitment, and staffing is a plus but not a requirement

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment for 3 months with the possibility of extension. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
