At the intersection of Folkungagatan and Götgatan, Exit Lounge & Bar offers a welcoming lounge bar and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. You can come here to hang out at the bar or meet up for dinner with tapas and cocktails.

We are looking for someone who is social and outgoing with a guest-focused approach. Value your work by being punctual and responsible, as well as having the ability to learn and develop yourself and others.

With your knowledge, you will provide our guests with service beyond expectations. Meet guests in a professional manner and ensure they leave satisfied with the intention of coming back. Create a pleasant working environment for yourself and your colleagues, where you together ensure that Exit Lounge & Bar achieves its goals.

• Previous experience working in a bar with knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and various drinks.
• Meet guests with joy, so we can provide them with genuine personal experiences and a sense of service.
• Contribute to the restaurant achieving its goals and constantly work on upselling.
• Ensure that rules and standards are followed.
• Keep the restaurant top-notch and fresh.
• Responsible cash handling.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Stress-resistant and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time according to a schedule. Work shifts both day and evening.
