Your Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the head chef and play a central role in the kitchen. You will help develop the menu, lead the team during evening service, and ensure that food of the highest quality is always delivered.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience as a cook in an à la carte kitchen, preferably with previous experience as a sous chef or someone who feels it's time to step up in the kitchen.
• Is creative and passionate about developing new menus and concepts in close collaboration with kitchen colleagues.
• Is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Has the ability to work under pressure and is flexible in your approach.
