What does the job as a shift manager with us mean?

As a shift manager, you are responsible for the operation of the restaurant during your work shift. You must lead the daily service work and ensure a high level of service. Drive sales and guest satisfaction as well as introduce and motivate new employees. You must also ensure that the company's standards and routines are followed.

Among other things, the following responsibilities are included in the service:

• Service
• Delegate the tasks during the work shift
• Educate and motivate staff
• Ensure that routines are followed

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have previous experience in the restaurant industry. You must be service-oriented, solution-oriented and able to maintain the overall grip at a high work pace. You are stress-resistant, enterprising and are a person who likes to take responsibility.
