ABOUT THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities as Sous Chef at Villa Dagmar include, among other things;

The main task of the Sous Chef is to lead the kitchen staff and ensure the quality of ingredients, prepared food, and operations during their shift.

The position includes, among other things:

• Leading the staff during each shift and being a role model.
• Ensuring that we maintain a high standard and quality of all food that goes out.
• Managing efficiency during service and the preparation process.
• Collaborating with the dining room and bar and constantly keeping them informed about the kitchen's offerings during service.
• Ensuring that a menu review is conducted with the dining room and bar staff before service.
• Training new kitchen staff.

We offer a job with fine ingredients in a positive team. The working hours are regular, and you are off every other weekend.

EXPERIENCE

• You have at least 10 years of relevant experience and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a plus.

The position is permanent and full-time, starting in mid-April. We apply collective agreements.
