About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a test leader for our client, a leading retail company focused on food and health. They are on an exciting transformation journey where they are modernizing their technical platforms to meet both employees' needs for effective system support and customers' high expectations for quality and availability. Therefore, we need you as an experienced test leader. The workplace is located in Solna, where the work is done on-site.

Your responsibilities

As a test leader, you play a central role in ensuring the quality of projects by developing and executing tests based on well-defined requirements. The work involves setting up and leading the testing organization, creating test plans, and ensuring the right conditions for test execution. You review requirements and design test cases, conduct tests, and ensure that testing is carried out throughout the project.

In addition to functional testing, you are also responsible for planning and executing non-functional tests, such as performance tests. After testing, you analyze and compile the results, document and communicate test reports, and provide feedback on test results to suppliers. To succeed in this role, a methodical work process, independence, and a positive attitude are required.

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, it is important to be methodical and structured, as the role requires careful planning and execution of tests. Independence and problem-solving ability are crucial for handling challenges and driving the testing process forward. Good communication skills are needed to collaborate with various stakeholders and clearly communicate test results. Qualifications:

• Solid experience in software testing within retail, especially in functional and integration testing
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and X-ray
• Fluent in English and Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Experience in regulatory operations and store management

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2025-12-31. Start 2025-04-02.
