Riksbyggen is looking for a repair technician in Karlskrona.

With us, you make a difference. As a repair technician, you primarily work independently or in a team to handle regular maintenance, repairs after fault reports, and maintenance projects. In addition to fault reports, residents and customers order smaller services of various kinds, such as repair assignments in homes and premises, and ongoing contact with residents, customers, and contractors is therefore an essential part of the tasks. The management of purchasing consumables and care of your own work equipment is also included.

The position of repair technician is a varied and independent job with your own responsibility. Your daily work includes, among other things:

• Regular maintenance after fault reports
• Troubleshooting
• Repairs and maintenance in electrical, construction, plumbing, and also minor ventilation work
• SBA work
• Handling daily customer contacts

You will work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You plan your workday together with your colleagues and your group manager.

It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently.

You have a high school education and/or KY education focused on property management or administration, as well as a professional certificate in plumbing or electrical work, or equivalent competence acquired in another way. We prefer that you have experience in similar work.

Since computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we would like you to have some computer skills and be able to handle the computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position is a permanent employment with immediate start, located in Karlskrona, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.

The position requires a B driver's license.
