SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST FOR DYNAPAC CUSTOMER CENTER SCANDINAVIA

We are now looking for a Spare Parts Specialist for Dynapac Customer Center Scandinavia. CC Scandinavia is responsible for all sales and service activities for rollers and pavers in Scandinavia. The organization you will belong to consists of about 20 employees, of which 10 are based in Karlskrona. As a spare parts specialist, you will have a central role in our sales and service organization. Your tasks will include daily handling of assignments related to support and identification of the right spare parts for customer machines, order placement, and invoicing of materials, etc.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and can communicate well in both Swedish and English. You have a structured work approach, are meticulous, and enjoy working with processes, which you will help develop. As a person, you are solution-oriented and self-driven but enjoy working in a close team. Customer contact will be a central part of your work.

We would like you to be analytical and have the ability to follow up and analyze various tasks in the invoicing flow concerning revenue, margins, and discounts. You are commercially oriented and proactive in identifying business opportunities, such as campaigns and other initiatives that can strengthen our operations. Furthermore, you enjoy varied tasks, are flexible in your work approach, and are happy to help where needed.

Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
