Position:

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance of our operations, and you will have an independent role managing daily administration. Your tasks include garden maintenance, property repairs, customer contacts, purchasing materials, and maintaining machines and hand tools. The position also includes on-call and/or standby duty. You will work both independently and together with those responsible at Marielund, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own.

The position of property caretaker is a varied and free job under your own responsibility. Your daily work includes, among other things:

• Regular corrective maintenance after fault reports

• Troubleshooting

• Managing daily contacts with responsible managers and property owners.

You will work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and with property owners, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You will plan your workday together with the property owner.

You contribute with your competence and engagement.

We believe you have a high school education and/or KY education, preferably with a focus on property management/operations/administration or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience from trades such as electrical and/or plumbing is an advantage.

Since computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Marielund Omsorg AB, we would like you to have computer skills and be able to handle computers and mobile phones in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position is a probationary employment with placement in Karlskrona, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.

The position requires a B driver's license for manual transmission. Experience in property maintenance/outdoor environment is a requirement for this position. A prerequisite for the position is that you master Swedish in speech and writing.
