Make a Difference with Us

As a facility technician, you will work with technically complex buildings that require extensive property technical expertise. You will work with energy and operational monitoring, perform service, identify deviations, and carry out corrective maintenance.

You will work in customer teams, closely collaborating with other facility technicians, energy engineers, technical managers, economists, and property caretakers.

The work is varied, social, and highly independent with significant personal responsibility that requires attention to detail. You will have great freedom to independently perform the tasks assigned to you in your work. With us, the computer and phone are essential tools, and every work order is handled digitally. Your tasks will include:

• Supervision and maintenance of the properties' technical systems
• Performing service on heating, ventilation, and managing associated control systems for the property
• Responsible for identifying and resolving deviations as well as corrective maintenance in technical systems and installations
• Reporting deviations to the customer
• Ensuring that all work is carried out according to applicable regulatory requirements
• Alarm management
• Facility management for the properties' sprinkler and fire alarm systems
• Conducting systematic fire protection work
• Proactive sales based on identified faults or improvement suggestions
• Supporting energy engineers and account managers in setting up and functioning ongoing energy agreements and additional services
• Administration, e.g., customer reporting, energy statistics, work order management, invoicing
• Ensuring the delivery of property management services according to agreements with customers
• The position may include on-call duty (property emergency)

You Contribute with Your Expertise and Engagement

We are looking for someone with broad expertise in heating, ventilation, and control technology or equivalent competence with at least 3 years of documented experience in facility technical tasks. You are passionate about energy efficiency issues. We see that you are trained in roof safety, lift training, and education in SBA, Hot Work, and facility management for fire safety. You also need to have electrical authorization to perform troubleshooting and be familiar with applicable regulatory requirements.

It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue with customers and your colleagues. You can work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and operate in a businesslike manner. You enjoy providing good service and always act professionally in your customer contacts. You want to help create a good and sustainable environment. You have a good ability to work administratively with digital tools and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

The position is based in Karlskrona, but work in other locations within Blekinge may occur.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for this position.
