About the Role

As a machine operator / industrial worker at BEWI, you will become an important part of our production in Skövde. You will work in a dynamic environment where your tasks span multiple areas, giving you the opportunity to develop both broad and deep knowledge of our processes.

The position is full-time and involves working in a 5-shift schedule. The employment is permanent, with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Your Main Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor our machines for the production of XPS foam.
Perform quality checks and ensure that production flows smoothly without unnecessary stoppages.
Contribute to ensuring our customers receive products of the highest quality, on time and in the right quantity.

Have a basic vocational education or relevant work experience.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Basic computer skills.
Have a valid driver's license (B).
Have a forklift license (A+B).
Experience in production or factory work is an advantage.
