Ulinco Vulctech is looking for production workers for their operations in Landvetter. You may be younger with less experience but with a willingness to learn the job, or you may have extensive experience in the workshop.

The position starts as a consultancy assignment with great opportunities for takeover by the employer but can also be a direct employment at Ulinco.

Ulinco Vulctech AB performs rubber technology work as well as surface coatings and services for needs within energy, mining, production, and process facilities.

We are based in Landvetter outside Gothenburg, where our modern and well-equipped workshop for surface coatings and rubber technology work is located. We perform coating services on-site for our customers throughout Europe, but we focus on the Nordic market.

Job Responsibilities

As a production worker, you will work with rubber vulcanization, manufacturing and assembly of conveyor belts, various mechanical tasks, and as a technician at customer sites (for conveyor belts). This means that the role is very varied.

It involves both teamwork and individual work. If it becomes relevant to also work as a service technician in the field, you will have customer contact with both production staff and management.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with education in technology/production or equivalent experience from manufacturing, workshops, etc. It is an advantage if you have experience with vehicles and machinery of various kinds and a strong technical interest. You have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English.

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work independently and take initiative. You should also enjoy being flexible, service-oriented, and have good communication skills. You will receive thorough training to learn the job.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
