Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a machine operator with broad general workshop knowledge for our client in Svenljunga. In your role as a machine operator, you will manage the operation of one of the client's larger production machines, thus playing an important role in the production process. Your tasks will include monitoring and adjusting the machine during operation, machine setup, service and maintenance, as well as various repairs. The work is varied, and you will receive on-the-job training. The assignment is long-term, and there are good opportunities to be hired by the client company after a period of temporary employment.

The working hours are scheduled in two shifts, where you work the early shift one week and the late shift the following week.

Background and Personal Qualities

We prefer that you have a high school or vocational education in areas such as technology or industry. A driver's license and access to a car are required. A forklift license is an advantage.

For this position, we require a handy and solution-oriented person who enjoys working with different machines. You have a genuine interest in technology and perhaps enjoy tinkering in your garage in your spare time? You are meticulous in your work and always think about quality, which makes you understand the value of delivering a good end product to the customer. Since you often work in a team, you should be cheerful and positive, as well as have good social skills. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
